After seeing all the references to this movie online and in print we finally ordered in through netflix and it was pretty funny. In you don't like fart jokes you probably won't like it.

Maybe I need David Denby or Roger Ebert to watch the film with me and explain why it's so good; or, barring that, why Scorcese is one of our greatest directors. Although the story is better developed than in The Aviator (crazy jerk goes crazier), it didn't really seem to have an arc, a message or a climax (everybody but the gir dies - I suppose that might be a climax). Or maybe I'm just not smart enough for the film.

Wow, this movie is gory! If your into the SAW series this is a must see. There is an addictional twist to SAW 3 that is different from number 1 and 2. Although if your not into a lot of blood and gore this movie is deffinitly noit a movie for you. This movie is by far one of the most goriest movies I've seen.

This a very, very good movie about the 5 Marines and one Navy Hospital Corpsman who raised the flat on Iwo Jima. A must see (as well as must read of the book) for anyone interested in WWII or history in general. I put the first ship in commision named after the battle of Iwo Jima (LPH-2) in 1961. Saw sneek preview of the movie while attending our ships reunion in Jax, FL

With out a doubt , one of the best comedies of the year. If your tired of the political propaganda lately, just go see this film. It will make you veiw politics in a whole new comical light. Robin Williams gives one of his best comical performances. Also noted is scene stealer Christopher Walken, he gives a brilliant performace. If you go see this movie, you will give your funny bone a real workout.

SUPERMAN RETURNS

Superman Returns: Any actor who would dare play the role of Superman knows their performance would be compared to the most beloved actor to play the role: Christopher Reeves. Although Brandon Routh lacked the acting chops, his presense and charm energized the screen as the superhero. Most noteable acting would have to be Kevin Spacey's performance as Lex Luthor. Most noteable plot twist, well you'll just have to wait and see. I can tell you that the ending does indicate another episode in the franchise. I'm excited to see what other adventures are in store for our hero.

The special effects overshadowed the talents of the actors. Hard to understand at times. But overall was a good movie which kept me on the edge of my seat for the first 2 hours.

Very funny movie, for kids or adults. Some of the gags will go right over the kids\' heads, but adults have to watch closely to catch them all. Not that great for preschoolers -- probably best for 10 and up.

If you are an original Superman fan than you will adore this film. It is very true to its roots. However, it lacks action, the plot twists are blunt and obvious, and the acting is sub-par (with the exception of Kevin Spacey). It just isn\'t as \"Super\" as they make it out to be. Smallville is better...and Tom Welling makes a better Clark Kent.

Funny and entertaining. Not great, but good. Meryl Streep is amazingly nasty, and very funny. Plot is pretty thin. I found myself waiting anxiously for the next Streep catty remark. Had to rely on my wife to tell me some of the brand name designers.

It's not anti-Catholic and makes no pretense at being credible. As one of the three people on the planet who did not read the book, I found it to be entertaining. It's basically a John Grisham novel with priests.

Movie was entertaining, but I would think it would be difficult to follow without reading the novel. Some of its points were made heavy-handedly. Very few slow sections -- basically it's just hang on and enjoy the ride. As usual, the book is better.

very suspenseful movie!! it will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat. this movie is a remake from the 70's.. but i liked it alot better, not alot of gore, but a good give you the chills type of movie..

Good movie :) almost like Mary Poppins but a few different twists.. Good kid movie, although part way through my daughter got a little bored. probably for the older kids say around 7-8 yrs old.. on a scale of 1-10 I would say 7.

The Wild

I took my 3-year-old and, although it was a good/fun movie to watch, some of the content was a little bit over her head. She liked the cartoon type movie but was scared in a few parts. From an adult point of view though, the graphics were wonderful and the plot was simple. I would probably give it a 7.5.

This was a good family film, at first i couldn't figure out why it was rated PG but there are a few parts in it that may scare younger kids. But it always has some really funny parts my 5 yr old laughed through the whole thing. And that squirrel is still trying to get the acorn!!
