Welcome to the theater! Well, the online version of the theater anyway. To start a video, press the play button in the bottom left corner of the video window, and it should start playing. A couple of large software companies are battling over who screwed up whose update, so we do have a little issue with encoding some of the videos for the web. But we think we have a work-around until the dust settles between Adobe and Apple. Internet Explorer (IE) users will likely have to install ActiveX (your computer will prompt you if you need it) and you will have to click the video player once to activate it, and a second time, on the play button, to play the video.
