It is opening this spring and is a wonderful example of maritime history. There is also another one in Sturgeon Bay, Wis. that is outstanding. The curator will gladly talk by phone and send ideas by mail if you don't want to make the trip over via the Badger. The memorial downstate in Detroit from the Edmund Fitzgerald might also have some pieces to loan or give away. These, plus what you are doing already, are probably enough for a great project ahead. Good luck and best wishes for all success.
Mr. Wood, As a long time admirer of Ludington, the museum will be just another reason for visiting. Not just for me, but the tourism industry in general. Congrats and best wishes. Do you have any idea on a future opening date?
