I hope the jury is honest and attentive. There is no way they should find him guilty. Without the baby and no eyewitnesses how possibly could they find guilt. It seems to me from the minute Ariel gave her story the police have just believed everything she said and called it accurate and used it as testimony and evidnce. Hello this is only her side of the story and from what has been reported she seems a bit unstable herself. There are so so many innocent people in jail and I dont know if he is guilty or innocent but In my opinion definitely not enough evidence for guilty.

DID ANYONE SEE THIS BABY EVER??? DID ANYONE SEE THIS BABY THE DAY BEFORE, BEFORE THAT, THE DAY SHE WENT MISSING? DID ANYONE SEE THE BABY IN HIS CAR? DID ANYONE BESIDES ARIEL SEE THIS BABY THAT DAY??? HOW CAN THIS BE THE END? HOW CAN YOU NOT CHARGE ARIEL? WHAT REALLY HAPPENED THE NIGHT BEFORE? DID ANYONE SEE THIS BABY AT ALL THE TIME BEFORE SHE WENT MISSING?

Ok, I am not an FBI Agent but really? These people in Michigan could have known for AGES this was going to happen, of course there is no "sign of a baby" in the home. I guess this just seems so keystone cop to me.

realitycheck I've heard a lot of people say that the police believed everything Ariel said and were out to get Sean. What would you expect them to do when they find him with her clothes in his shorts pocket? I don't know for sure but I doubt he would of been aressted that day if it wasn't for that fact. As a matter of fact no one has even placed him with the child that day except Ariel. I don't think they would of believed her except he then placed himself with her.
