A very sad loss for our fruit farmers, and all farmers in general. Hope some good things come about anyhow, it's only fair to our food producers, here, and everywhere.

Just once I'd like to hear a farmer say "We had a good crop, good weather, got a good price for it and made money......" . It's only May and already they are complaining.....

And Snide, the government is giving all of them money to make up for their loss. Its to bad that the weather ruined their crops, but its the risk they take with having their own business. I dont any other business' in town that are getting reimbursed for not having sales like they did previous years.
