Is this the "best timing" for this project? Couldn't be later after tourist season? Seems too busy a time to me anyhow, had to be plenty advance planning and only announcing a week in advance is just kinda inconvenient and suspicious at best to me. Wondering in Ludville again.

Eddie, so if they would have announced this a month ago it would be more convenient for tourist and local drivers? I think a week notice is just fine.
