I wouldn't mind LMTA if it were run properly and actually TRIED to be cost effective. Meaning in the past 4 years, two(actually 4 but 2 are no longer here) taxicab businesses have started up. Taxis are running because there is a profit to be made, why can't LMTA do the same.? LMTA could clean up if they ran Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. maybe with the extra dollars that it would generate, extra taxes on people that don't use LMTA wouldn't be needed........

Snide Goverment being cost effective and making profits can not done because every month another funding check comes in so it does not matter how things are run because the next month more money shows up.

I agree with snide, there is a need for these buses to run later during the weekend. I do use the bus,and would love a later service, especially on Friday, Saturday nights. Hey LMTA are you listening?
