They can name it anything they want, the fact will remain that the ISD's are entirely too top heavy. Administrators make astronomical salaries and are awarded benefits that would stagger most taxpayers if they ever read one of those contracts. I am sure the consolidation will save some $$$$ as compared to running two full time ISD's, so good job there. But the time has come to at least have the conversation at the state level of abolishing all ISD's. And yes, I am fully aware of most, or all of the services that are to be provided by a ISD.
