Traffic is moving along fine? Sure, if you call having to swerve into the opposing lane b/c long vehicles are sticking out in the road with the angled parking "fine". Or having to stop in the middle of town to let someone else pass by in the opposite direction "fine". Scottville needs a real city manager, someone who will restore jobs and industries, someone more interested in business and economics than flower baskets, ice cream trucks and useless bump-outs.
