Who are these guys? Butch & Sundance? They escape MSP 3 times and are still at large? What's law enforcement coming to these days? I know, more Union employees not qualified, but that's todays' way of things, isn't it?

The the cops had run them off of the road, you'd be crying that they used too much force, and put people into a dangerous situation.
