The neighbors won't mind the construction noise, traffic, and obstructed views. Build 20 silos. It's cool.
I just finally saw this public notice today, and have to wonder about the immediate timing of the secrecy here for the HOF request, right after a big Presidential election. Seems pretty strange, and also strange that the previously granted two silos weren't built yet. So, we don't even know the impact of 2 silos vs. 5 silos downtown, cause they didn't even build them. This sure is curious, if not deceitful at worst. No doubt though, that the City of Ludington planning commission will grant HOF anything they want, anytime they want, same as the last 30 years. What a joke!
Better add another layer to your tin foil hat, Eddie. It is a huge conspiracy. That isn't really ice cream that they are making there.
Free ice cream cones to whoever puts a silo in their front yard. The Blu Moon and HOF expansions greatly affect the neighborhoods they're in, and the public hearings deserve more advanced notice than just a day before the meeting to be fair to the public.
