This Mark Mccallum is a nut job, he needs to be put away for life, you hear of all these nuts out there killing familys and other people, well this is a perfect example, he is nuts and need to stay where he is... protect everyone.

@ Lugnut, No he can get a court appointed attorney, he chooses to represent himself, He did once before as well this way he can plead that he was not knowledgeable enough and asks for a mistrial, he is not as dumb as everyone thinks, he is nuts but very smart, he has already been in prison and he needs to go back and stay there, he is dangerous, I am his cousin sorry to say,if he does not go to jail there is something wrong, and the judge that gave him un-supervised visitation should be responsible as well, back in 1991 my kids were kidnapped by a nut job adn he was given unsupervised vist as well and they ended up in New Zeeland i tried as well as Marks wife did to get supervised visits do to mental illness and judge says he sees nothing wrong lets give these kids to these nut jobs and see what happens.. Well the courts have to change, Mark was under surveillance by the police that should tell you something, my x was interviewed by social services and the social worker told the judge she did not ever want to be alone with this bird ever again he is scary, but yet he let him take my 2 and 3 year old..and he took them as well... Mark you need to stay in Jail for ever...
