Finding this theft some 9 years after the start has me wondering, wth kind of audit and checks/balances system do we have in our schools? The other obvious question is why does this man walk on his own recognizance for double felony charges that could get him 25 years in prison, plus only a $15K bond? He MUST have friends in High places, if this was Joe Public, I really doubt this would be the case.

Wow! No wonder our schools are failing.
