Comments are moderated on a daily basis.the city and county should at LEAST put the cable contract up for BIDS.....instead of just renewing every time and subjecting us to annual price increases.
How this neat, how many more times can we just be told that our prices are going up. I agree with Snide, do some research and get someone else here so we can pick what cable service we have. SO many people have problems with the Charter Service and their employees, but what can you do? Go to Dish or Direct?? That's it..
....and in related news, more and more people are dropping Charter.
I am not happy with Charter at all. I wish there were other viable options out there. With real competition they would need to become a better value and improve service or face the consequences. As it is set up now they can provide poor service at outrageous rates and we just have to take it.
