Although this is a serious offense, I am horrified to read another article right in this press that states a 40 year old that accosted children gets a year in jail and less than 1000.00 in fines! How does that work?

I also want to say, I would rather someone steal everything I own rather than hurt my children so why is it our judicial system puts more importance (harsher penalties) on theft than they do hurting a human being?! These are kids that made a bad decision, don't thriow the book at them while a 40 year old man gets "a slap on the hand"

If they try breaking into my house, the punishment will be both swift and harsh.
